Years ago, I’d get lots of complaints from my employees and subs, even from the MOL, as to the cleanliness of the port-a-john.  Let’s just say, it was a quick in and out.  When I switch to McCarthy it quickly became a conversation piece that the crews noticed immediately.  Now the port-a-johns are clean, well stocked and no one needs to head to the nearest bush.  Once you switch, you’ll be very happy with their prompt and regular service.  Hard to get excited over a port-a-john but they are just that good.

We made the switch to McCarthy’s several years ago. Being a large construction company, we require quick service which includes last minute drops and often last-minute servicing requests. Sometimes our requests could be in a location that McCarthy’s does not normally service, but Micheline and her staff never let us down and have always accommodated us. Their updated units meet MOL Guidelines and are always well maintained even during the harsh/unpredictable winter. They are always on top of their game. Whenever there is an issue with a unit, a quick call to them, and they send staff right away to rectify the issue. They are true to the schedule they set for each unit yet are always prompt when extra service calls may be required. One of the best qualities of this company is their communication. If there is an unexpected delay for service, vandalism to the unit, or if they notice the unit has not been used, Micheline and her staff are just a phone call away and are quick to respond. Great company to deal with!
